（中央社記者黃名璽台北7日電）總統府發言人陳以信今天說，總統馬英九對國軍發生重大違紀事件深感痛心，並要求國防部調查清楚、審慎評估可能損害，儘速提出強而有效的保防安全與整飭軍紀方案。
陳以信下午表示，針對近日國軍發生阿帕契案等重大違紀事件，嚴重影響國軍保防安全、傷害國軍軍紀與國人信心，馬總統對此深感痛心。
陳以信轉述，馬總統指示國防部「嚴查重罰、絕不寬貸」的處理原則。
馬總統認為，現階段國防部最重要的任務，是將相關人員涉案情節完整調查清楚，審慎評估可能損害，並儘速提出強而有效的保防安全與整飭軍紀方案，務必在最短時間內恢復國人對國軍信心。1040407
